I am an experienced civil litigator and business law attorney representing clients in court, in front of regulatory bodies, and in complex business negotiations. My areas of practice include corporate governance, corporate dissolution, class action defense, and complex commercial disputes. I pride myself in the ability to find business oriented solutions to difficult problems. Even while looking for alternatives to litigation or trial, I believe that zealous advocacy geared toward winning at trial is often the best motivator to settle. My previous experience was in the substantive practice area of professional liability. This, however, provided me experience defending insurance agents, insurance brokers, certified financial planners, fellow attorneys, as well as corporate officers.
