--Experienced IT support professional providing assistance remotely and in-person for a fast paced corporate environment of 2000+ end users. --On any given day I might be imaging, troubleshooting, or configuring systems like Windows 7/8/10, MacOS, Linux, Word, Excel, Google Apps, Adobe CC, VPNs, etc... with remote access tools such as TeamViewer.--I also create and administer accounts using Active Directory and Google Admin Console, and deploy applications using management tools such as ManageEngine, KACE, or JamF.--To document all of this and track workflow, I use the ticketing systems Jira and FreshService.--Laptop repairs are also part of my role, as is occasionally changing a toner cartridge.
