If I had to pinpoint where the magic precisely starts, it would be at the very beginning of the process, while sourcing new deals. My core business exclusively focuses on buying shares of companies which possess real estate. In terms of M&A, I analyse around 5 deals weekly, which turns into an average of one offer every week & one closed deal each month (for a total of 39 closed deals and an amount of 43.29 million €). This process is quickly followed by the transformation & enhancement of the properties, by turning them into high quality residences.But am I a serial entrepreneur? Well, 1000 ideas pop up in my head every minute, but I only get 24 hours a day to bring them to life. I still get a good amount of them done though. I consider myself an innovator because I am constantly learning, expanding my horizons & implementing new ideas into my magic potions (aka. my businesses). Being where I am now is the result of various experiences and also some failures in (very) diverse industries. I started as a chef, then dropped out of the bar when I was a lawyer to become a real estate developer…which wasn’t my biggest passion. However, it definitely taught me to be rigorous on the legal side and it put me on the right path: mergers and acquisitions of real estate companies (aka M&A). I loved the property-side, but was definitely looking for bigger challenges, autonomy and more speed through my work…which I definitely have now (my team strongly agrees with this statement).Outside of work, I eat green, binge watch animes, travel the world, update my musical culture @ Tomorrowland BE & share some Jacquesson Champagne with friends & family.
