My goal has always been to find the hard to find and the highest quality candidates for the recruiters and projects I’m working with. Over the years I was in this role it evolved from a bulk sourcing role where we were gathering thousands of leads into Cisco’s new CRM system to a focus on finding high quality leads being aligned to specific recruiters and projects. • Responsible for finding, and evaluating tools to develop our team’s capabilities. These tools included AnyConnect, Lusha, JobJet, Entelo, Conectifier, Kimono, Import.io and many more.• Responsible for helping to maintain ATS/CRM integrity by checking for duplicate profiles upon upload and reporting duplicates in the system• Responsible for producing reports in both PowerPoint and Excel. In Excel reports often used multiple sheets with complex formulas including pivot tables, vlookup, data cleaning and etc.• Successfully built a proof of concept program in Python that interfaced with Avature ATS/CRM to check for records given a certain list of criteria.
