In addition to his personal injury and civil rights work, Gerald Singleton is a partner in the San Diego Fire Lawyers (“SDFL”) joint venture that has brought over 550 individual lawsuits against San Diego Gas & Electric for causing the Witch Creek, Guejito, and Rice Canyon fires, which devastated San Diego in 2007. SDFL has settled more than 400 cases on behalf of over 1,000 individuals, business owners, and farmers who lost their homes and personal property or sustained damages to their agricultural crops in the 2007 fires.
