About Gerald Truehart Iii

As the founder and CEO of PRO Home Buyers and Prodigious Investments, I strive to intersect residential and commercial real estate in capacities that will bring appreciation to communities. By educating clients with up to date market analysis, providing accurate data, and preforming precise underwriting, my hope is that I can create a bridge to wealth. From past experiences and successes, over the course of 4 years, I have earned access to over 2 million in private funding. The base of this experience comes from providing above average returns for investors while producing top of the line projects for consumers and homeowners in class A neighborhoods. While my current profession serves best in the real estate world, my foundation is rooted in being an educator. After 7 years in secondary education, grasping concepts quickly and seamlessly applying those concepts to real life application is a simple task. With the unique ability to create strong relationships with others through authentic connections and rapport building, I strive to cultivate the highest level of success for my employees and partners.
