Innovate an Electric Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS) named BANGGA with a domestic component level of 40% and is fully locally produced, in collaboration between Airlangga University and PT Barata Indonesia. I was primarily responsible for an integrated system involving three critical software components: the Website, Customer Application, and Vendor Application. Key contributions include:1. Designing both OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) and OLTP (Online Transaction Processing) database schemas.2. Automating the data pipeline by implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to back up data from the real-time database (Firebase) to MySQL.3. Building the BANGGA website using ReactJS as the frontend framework with TailwindCSS, Leaflet, and Tremor, and Django REST API as the backend framework. The website was equipped with robust security using JWT auth tokens.4. Constructing a comprehensive Data Analytical Dashboard for monitoring and evaluating Bangga EVCS Products (Data Warehouse).5. Developing an emailing and data download feature to enhance user experience.6. Deploying the Website to a Virtual Private Server on an Ubuntu system.7. Implementing Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to develop a notification feature between the Customer application and the Vendor application8. Participating in software quality testing by collaborating with electrical engineers and firmware developers, utilizing the “Agile” method to assess and enhance software quality.

Since 2000, AIESEC in Surabaya has been championing the development of young leaders. As a global, independent, non-partisan, and not-for-profit organization run by youth, we are committed to innovation and growth. Through our various activities, we strive to enhance the skills of our members while making a positive impact on both Surabaya and the world. In this role, my focus is on managing and engaging members through strategic planning and programs, ensuring sustainable resources to achieve our organizational goals and vision.1. Managed the end-to-end recruitment process for all projects at AIESEC in Surabaya, totaling four projects and over 100 applicants.2. Established an integrated HR Database and implemented Interview and Selection Tools for all recruitment processes. After each selection, I initiated a Talent Onboarding program, achieving a satisfaction rate above 90%.3. Led the HR engagement planning strategy on the internal community platform, Instagram, resulting in an 80% increase in account engagement.4. Implemented and maintained the Member Experience Standard and Personal Development Plan for over 70 members of AIESEC in Surabaya

As one of AIESEC's largest annual programs, Join AIESEC is a mass membership recruitment event seeks to recruit the best candidates to contribute to and grow through AIESEC's impactful initiatives. As the Organizing Committee President (or known as Project Director):1. Led team of seven individuals to successfully execute Join AIESEC event and expanding AIESEC’s outreach among a diverse student population.2. Achieved over 700 applicants through targeted outreach and engagement strategies, where 35% applicants from previously untapped universities.3. Revamped interactive online sessions for promotion through AIESEC Goes to Campus, Kepo AIESEC, and Youth Today event, capturing the interest of over 1000 students in Surabaya with a satisfaction rate of 88.6%. 4. Generated Rp17 million in revenue, established 24 new university partnership (242.8% of previous term), and garnered 65,141 social media engagements.5. Successfully secured partnerships with two prominent startups, Kinobi and Jobhun, to sponsor of the event.
