This role is more oriented on troubleshooting, meaning that I mainly work on solving connectivity issues experienced by T-Systems customers.Communication with Cisco, based on opening TAC cases,etc.Also, I am member of "Umbrella management" team which get only unresolved problem whereas each stream/vendor/business unit claims the fault is somewhere else and they more or less decline any further investigation on the issue or expect recommendation what they should do next.
