Data Integrity Supervisor
CurrentThe Data Integrity Supervisor manages the team of Data analysts whose responsibility is to uphold the accuracy of the provider network, directory, and pricing controls and to maintain consistency in the member database. My primary role is to manage, audit, and improve the automated and manual processes related to the company’s multiple databases. Day-to-day tasks include:- Monitoring the productivity and quality of the Data Integrity analysts- Evaluating system errors, diagnosing the causes and determining solutions- Confirming operational functionality of current system processes and adapting as needed for future volume- Identifying opportunities to update existing workflows and assisting with the design and implementation of new procedures and reporting tools- Providing training and support within the Data Team and to other departments to ensure business requirements are understood throughout company- Interpreting and analyzing data sets in order to ensure system and database accuracy- Managing and creating automated reports used to identify data errors and implementing strategy to resolve discrepancies- Presenting evaluation and analysis to upper management regarding current system successes and failures; outlining plans to improve and update as needed
