I am a current site manager over infrastructure on the current site I am working on in the Cotswolds I have worked on general sites and highways with full control of the works and operatives including H&S material orders and take offs with full programme structure and application working closely with all clients and construction site owners I have good knowledge in all general works coming from a varied background and nothing is ever a problem to get the job done As long as safety is the main derivative in all works applicationsI believe in standing on the ground with operatives in whatever weather to gain respect as an equal as I would not ask anyone to do something I would not do myself I find this is always the way forward with any new team or operatives under my control My plant knowledge is also vast as I have been a machine operator on many plant items over the years and gained great operational insights to correct works application development and general plant care and service schedules even having built and installed and ran a foam mix plant in Coventry many years ago for Cemex Good general all round skills with first aid and SMSTS and CSCS gold supervisor cardI also have a full clean licence with many years of driving knowledge working all over the country from market raisin to CornwallAnd everywhere in between Always open to offers of work and will view any new site or job/contract on its merits I mainly work freelance with my own vehicle and own tools and equipment Best regards
