At Microsoft, our client engagement, IVR, security, and productivity solutions are used by top customers (including 85% of Fortune 100 companies) around the world to accelerate business results and build the future of work and care across industries such as finance, healthcare, insurance, government, utilities, transportation, entertainment, retail, tourism/hospitality, services organizations, and more. I use data and insights to look for ways to elevate our customer facing operations and support and bring innovation into client services.As a two-time expat who speaks three languages, I leverage my cultural awareness and flexibility to rapidly understand global customer needs and serve as the bridge between customers, tech teams, and my own technology services groups to deploy complex solutions. I love the intersection of technology and business to resolve technical and business issues with novel ideas brought to life through talented teams of service delivery experts, engineers and project managers.Outside of work, I’m active in Toastmasters International (the VP of the Westford Club), am a USA Swimming official, and am a long-distance runner/multiple marathon runner.
