This included the establishment of a new 33,000 sqm Distribution Centre for Spotlight and centralising eCommerce fulfilment for Harris Scarfe and KOO.(3) Led a comprehensive cost reduction program that encompassed various areas, such as International Freight Forwarding, International Shipping contracts, domestic transport carriers, logistics planning and DC labour efficiencies.(4) Ensured uninterrupted service to stores during the COVID-19 pandemic and global supply chain disruptions. This involved managing international shipping capacity, controlling costs, providing support for vendor requirements, enhancing resilience and agility in the domestic transport network, and increasing DC processing capacity despite external labour shortages and health restrictions.
