Contract Position (via Arcadis DPS Group) to Astellas Ireland Company Limited• Nonconformance Management. Root Cause Analysis through to CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventive Action) implementation. Use of TrackWise software to document and track all activities.• Creation of new process documentation, and review/revision of existing process documentation. Use of Veeva Vault software to ensure full document control at all stages.• Generation of Supplier Complaint records to launch investigation into issues arising with supplied materials. Close cooperation with Supply Chain Department to ensure a correct understanding of the issues raised, and the tracking of improvement activities.• Promotion and tracking of plant-wide 5S (Sort, Set-in-order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) activities.

• Managing the implementation of ISO/TS 16949 and IATF 16949 Quality Management System certification.• Coordinating the Internal Audit programme for the Tralee site.• Administration of the site’s internal document control system.• Use of Customer web-based Portals.• Facilitation and chairing of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) activities.• Supporting Manufacturing and Design Teams with problem-solving activities. • Training of employees regarding the site’s Quality Management System.
