- Member of the board, meat slaughtering and distribution company with annual sales of U$S 25 million and over 350 employees. Implemented the company strategy, planning production and securing new credit lines.- Responsible for implementing strategic alliances with international distributors. Expanded and negotiated local distribution agreements with major supermarket chains.- Successfully managed to make the company profitable and negotiated the sale on behalf of the shareholders of 100% of the company to Tyson Foods (world leader in the meat industry)

Total annual sales of over U$S 95 million with a structure of over 35 employees. Transformed a single-product import company (bananas) into a multi-product import and distribution company, with year round availability of Pineapples, Grapefruits, Citrus, Deciduous, Kiwis and exotics.- In charge of running Dole’s Italian ripening and distribution operation, while in charge, net sales grew from U$S 29 to U$S 83 million. Structure of over 65 employees. Negotiated with major supermarket chains.- Restructuring of Dole’s distribution organization; closing down 2 offices, integrating newly acquired companies, developing sales of non-banana products in the 3 local companies, rationalizing non-core products and improving cost efficiency.

- Responsible for setting up Dole’s Mediterranean office in Istanbul, managing sales of all fresh products in the Black Sea, Caucasus, and Mediterranean markets (Non-EU).- Opened Dole Hellas, a commercial office in Athens, to handle sales of all Dole fresh products in Greece.- Development of regional strategies, increasing annual sales from 4 to 12 million boxes of bananas (over U$S 120 million). Managed to centralize distribution, reducing costs and securing over 50% market share in all regular markets. Structure of over 10 employees.- Responsible for the investment of a U$S 4.5 million banana ripening facility in the outskirts of Istanbul, enabling a leading position in the Turkish market (70% market share). Negotiation with major supermarket chains.

- Developed banana sales in non traditional Mediterranean markets. Annual sales of over U$S 40 million.- Budgeted sales volumes, scheduled ships and improved returns on non-traditional markets.

- Responsible for supervising agents and responsible for voyage P/L. Responsible for securing special cargoes, enabling additional chartering of ships on Voyage charter basis.
