SimpliKimchi is a business that is run by STEM engineering students, as per the requirements of the SJCS senior high school curriculum. They specialize in freshly made Kimchi Fried Rice that is topped with toppings of your choice and is placed in an aluminum foil tray. Its goal is to recapture the family spirit, especially with the holidays fast approaching, by making portions enough to satisfy 3-5 people or one whole family. With the middle-ranged prices, these products can appeal to those of many families or the youth within Metro Manila/National Capital Region (NCR). Due to the situation of the Covid-19 virus, Most of the business operations were done through online social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Publicity of the business was done through the Facebook and Instagram groups created by the publicity team of the business. Lastly, its goal was to make 150% revenue. The proceeds will be donated to a charity of SHS's choice.
