I. Basic Functions: Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service. and maintains effective and productive quality service to existing clients. Attends client’s concerns and service meetings. Responsible in establishing harmonious working atmosphere. II. Duties & Responsibilities:1. Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior2. Supervises Operations Officers that handles clients.3. Establishes and maintains good client / customer relations. 4. Reviews, improves and implements operations strategies to ensure quality service. 5. Assists immediate superior in formulating short / long range operations plans and strategies. 6. Conceptualized & implement operations procedures for greater workforce efficiency7. Coordinates with all concerned department day-to-day operation and activities such as manpower requisitions, recall problems and other complaints. 9. Coach, motivate, train, develop and guide employee performance through a variety of mechanisms such as observations, metrics analysis and feedback from clients, peers, management and others. 10. Business development.11. Handles all bidding both Govt. and Private projects.12. Prepare cost proposal for Clients
