Designing and delivering training to various industries throughout the UK, predominantly in Northern Ireland. I am responsible for running the training across two sites within a company specialising in client acquisition throughout the UK. dealing with a multitude of products and clients, I liaise with all bodies ensuring that the quality of the written packages reflect the quality of delivery. I also deliver training packages to external bodies in pre-employability skills and help them acquire interviews and at present have a very high level of success within this spectrum. also deliver NVQ/QCF awards amongst staff internally and with a view to delivering these externally also.

I am currently responsible for ensuring all new agents within this outbound sales company are fully competent and comfortable with the product and regulatory standards prior to commencement of outbound dialling sales. mainly focusing on the financial claims market, dealing with loans, credit cards, mortgages, pensions, investments life insurance etc... but have recently launched into the insurance sales market, which has opened up a whole new range of possibilities for both myself and the business. learning something new about the industry and myself everyday, as training is living vehicle and constantly changing with the needs of the market, it is a role which requires constant input and updating, and as such I am responsible for creating the training packages associated with our products in line with the needs of the companies we represent.
