• Representing clients in all aspects of personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and DTPA claims.• Obtaining a favorable jury verdict involving disputed liability in a motor vehicle accident in Harris County. • Drafting, filing and presenting oral arguments, obtaining successful responses denying Defendants’ Traditional and No Evidence Summary Judgment Motions.• Successfully settled over 80 mediations.• Handling the initial client intake and overseeing medical management.• Appearing and arguing at oral hearings in judicial district courts including Harris, Ft.
