I amcurrently managing part demolilion and refurb of Clyde House in Blanshardstown .this is a challenging project as we have 3 existing tennants while works are in progress .I look after the day today labour/ Health and safety and over see all aaspects of project.Foreman with Ardmore group in london for 2.5 years.spent 2 years in london with Duffy & Carr 1989Worked on Euro Disney project with Duffy & Carr 1991Worked with London based Ardmore group as general foreman on mark and Spencer renavotions through out UK for 2.5 yearsShuttered in Germany for 9 months with irish company Rimac .involved in 2 start up companies which are both in operation at present . today Gerard Gallagher Ltd. provides a freelance site management service and under takes in high end building extensions and renovations . we also look after commercial and industrial fitouts.
