In my role as the Front Office Manager, I was responsible for overseeing all front desk, reservation and concierge operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional guest service. I led a team of 21 dedicated staff members, training them to deliver outstanding customer experiences and handling any guest enquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.During my time as Front Office Manager, I developed expertise in managing guest relations, optimising occupancy rates, and implementing efficient procedures.
