• Responsible for the Supply Chain deliverables for all New Product Introduction Process.• Responsible for assessing material and component requirements as required by Operations and MRP Need Date.• Review of Engineering Change Notices, understand the effect of changes to the supply of purchased parts.• Request quotations for parts affected with Change Notices and interpret any price changes relating to the difference from previous revisions.• Process data change requests and forms in the system including but not limited to Winshuttle Process, lead time review, MRP Controller set-up, transport lead times, and requesting cost roll.• Expedite, align and negotiate material and component delivery dates to support operations need dates.• Communicate potential risks at the earliest possible time and recommend mitigating activities to support alignment to material need date.• Create and review Action Requests (Ars) assigned to Supply Chain and process accordingly.• Perform material movements as needed, liaise with MRB team members and supply chain on actions needed.• Upon AR analysis, provide feedback to MRB team related AR dispositions when needed.• Consolidate and report out Supply Chain KPIs.• Other functions that may be assigned.• Function may be assigned on mid shift per business need.• Supply Chain deliverables for New Product Introduction• CIB and MRB Focal for Supply Chain• Material and Data Set-up, Winshuttle and Change.• Issues resolution including but not limited to AR, Grief, invoice to PO mismatch, and PDVs.• Lead Improvements and root cause analysis.• Lead sourcing, Work Transfer and Rapid Response• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.• Take on other tasks such as Inventory Accuracy, Supply Chain Dashboard and Reporting Metrics

• Responsible of releasing and monitor the AI (Assembly Instruction) releases (daily/weekly) per SCP demand or TPL ATS (Adjust to Start) to meet the demand loading schedule scheduled by the Global Planners.• Responsible to analyzing weekly SCP start.• Responsible to analyzing factory forecast and justify for weekly loading allocation and releases.• Ensuring minimal materials excess & obsolescence.• Upon receipt of each weekly loading / SCP start, me as a Planner shall analyze the loading base on factory forecast, capacity, material and wafer readiness.• Coordinating with Subcon / Production line for any additional loading to support upside demand.• Optimizing material and capacity utilization base on demand priority.• Ensuring that the release of AI is made to the qualified suppliers as stated in the related specifications. • Proactive and able to advise/suggest on any improvements in the AI process, to further improve and simplify the process, ensure that the information provided to the supplier/production are error free and robust for the supplier/production to be able to execute effectively and efficiently.• Able to resolve any AI related issues.• Coordinating, following up and monitor, urgent lots supporting customer/revenue requirement.• Ensuring that MES inventory and physical transactions matches and being done on a timely and accurate manner, to ensure inventory and data integrity• Ensure to have monthly inventory reconciliation (MES system vs production/Subcon actual inventory).• Coordinating with eng’g and or QA for any technical activity / quality issues or concern.• Coordinating with Engineering/QA for any engineering related issues/activity/quality concerns.• Coordinating with Logistics team operational needs to support shipment issue and concerns.

• Overseeing the manufacturing and shipping processes and procedures in production operations• Planning and allocating for raw materials in their respective machines• Worked with the Process Engineers to reduce the total number of rejects for the products and to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness within the production line• Evaluating each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency• Submitting daily reports to the higher management for the daily commit and outputs• Enforcing all safety policies on the production floor• Creating and overseeing employee training to increase production, enhance safe operations and ensure profitability• Managing and allocating workers in their respective lines• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy prior to shipping• Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed• Ensuring that the flow of resources like raw materials is maintained and that production items are delivered as needed and used properly and efficiently• Leading the production line to keep a good working atmosphere for the workers to improve productivity and their efficiency

Tasks include of monitoring workers performance and the manufacturing of products by conducting time studies on the production line to find opportunities for improvement.• Worked with process engineers to reduce the total number of rejects and cutting down the production time to become more efficient and effective.• Tracked production output, quality and efficiency in order to achieve the daily goal commit.• Submitted daily reports to higher management in terms of on time delivery, data commits, and schedules.• Planning and scheduling for the workers on the production lines on a daily baisis.• Managing and allocating workers on their respective production lines .• Lead the production floor personnel and maintain a positive work atmosphere to improve the production flow and to become more efficient.• Worked directly with the Head Manager in terms of collecting and analyzing data for each products that are in work in process and for the output.
