Preparation and presentation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for all dealerships within the group. Integration and management of the financial and administration team throughout the group.

A subsidiary of the UDG plc, TCP Group is a €30 million turnover healthcare company specialising in direct to patient services which includes the dispensing and distribution of pharmaceutical products and provision of homecare nursing services allowing the unique solution for the delivery of hospital care in the patient’s home.Assisting the Board of Directors in operational decision making. Preparation of the consolidated monthly management reporting pack for submission to parent company United Drug.Detailed analysis of the monthly performance of the group including relevant variances and KPI’s. Preparation and presentation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for all companies within the group. Led the implementation of new automated billing and stock management systems.

Toyota is a €200 million + turnover company and the sole distributor of Toyota and Lexus motor vehicles in Ireland. Responsible for designing, integrating and modelling a standardised financial and KPI reporting pack for all 56 dealers in the Toyota network. Led this new initiative from the start to compile and circulate quarterly KPI’s and financial data to Dealer Principals and Financial Controllers in each dealership.Financial modelling and analysis for a range of advertising and special project related investments for the organisation. Management accounts preparation and variance analysis. Annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation.

At peak, a €166m business with 3 divisions; Support Services, Recruitment and Student Accommodation. Founded in 2002 and floated on the AIM and ISEQ in November 2005, it employed over 3,300 full time staff. As Group Financial Controller, I was a senior member of the group finance function, leading a team of 3 financial accountants. Responsible for the provision and presentation of accurate and relevant financial information in order to assist the Finance Director and Board of Directors in operational decision making. Performed detailed analysis of the monthly performance of all companies in the group including relevant variances and KPI’s. Integration and management of the financial team in subsidiary companies throughout the group. Involved in the deal structuring and acquisition of ten companies across a range of industry sectors.
