The project had a radius of 10 miles which involved the insertion of culverts running under the town and outfalls. The excavation and placing of 1200mm pipes up to 4m deep.Retail development (12 no) that was constructed using steel frames anchored in using holding down bolts set in place with a tolerances of 0-5 mm. all site development works included to deliver the finished project. e.g drainage works, realignment of existing road, car parks and all services to units. Residential involved all site works and the construction of new sewage pump station and 2 no in situ RC attenuation tanks.
