Over the past 22 years I have continuously broadened by skills and knowledge whilst working in a multitude of roles and departments at both Aurora Energy and TasNetworks delivering complex projects. Both organisations afforded me the opportunity to broaden my theoretical and practical knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Network Planning, Project Management and Asset Management/Engineering.I have built reliable, enjoyable and productive relationships with colleagues and industry representatives. I am driven by team collaboration and meeting the challenges associated with my role and the strategic direction of the organisation. I have experience leading teams, advising both Engineers and stakeholders and operating as a technical expert to mentor graduates and less experienced staff. My goal is to utilise my extensive skills and experience whilst applying a level-headed approach in the engineering disciplines of Project Delivery, Network Planning and Asset Management/Engineering to deliver quality solutions to complex issues.
