Responsible for management, supervision, operation and clinical care at 17 out-patient physical and occupational therapy facilities in Monmouth, Ocean and Atlantic counties in New Jersey. During time with Healthsouth Gerry was both a President's Circle Award winner and a Clinical Excellence Award winner for managing top facilities in the country for corporation operating facilities in all 50 states.

Start up and operation of new physical therapy practice with responsibilities inclusive of supervision of staff, hiring, marketing, and daily operations through transition of facility being purchased by national healthcare company after 2+ years.
