As a senior advisory Partner provided strategic account management and quality assurance to several of EY’s largest energy accounts. Led financial reporting, budget and controls for small cap start-up public companies in the for-profit education sector, specializing in development of problem based team oriented multi-disciplinary curriculum for high school programming and post graduate applied Information Technology training programs. Created and maintained dynamic valuation models for executive management planning purposes and assisted development of long term strategic plans and investor relations efforts. Managed credit facilities and relationships with vendors and lessors. Oversaw public company reporting and preparation of management discussion and analyses.Transitioned to VP Operations roles responsible for marketing and sales activities and key customer account management, product design and development and program operations.
