My primary role involves developing a strong, stable dealer network, for the Dolphin Robotic Pool Cleaners, domestic & commercial, throughout Central & North Queensland, as well as the Northern Territory, specifically Darwin. We have an extremely successful retail business model that, when followed, generates exceptional cash flow.I am also responsible for the complete course of training for this dealer network, which is ongoing. The training line encompasses in-store & direct customer based marketing/displays, strategic direct advertising,product information & on site demonstration, follow up & full DIY service capability training. Technical knowledge & support is also a large part of this training. Responsible for the bulk production, distribution & logistical transport of dry ice to the airline catering market.Incoming & outgoing of all industrial & medical gas related cylinders, including stock control, reordering & refilling both Oxygen & CO2, also overseeing bulk distribution.

My role included the day to day running of a branch of the company, which included 4 additional staff members.I developed a very strong customer base & tripled sales within the first few years. Being a swimming pool & spa equipment manufacturer, our core business was the construction/building sector, while also having a retail presence through our regional distributors.My role was to continue growth across our vast range of products, strategic sales plans, forecasting, stock holdings, service support coordination & training on new products.
