Overseeing a budget of $15m and 180 staff, I led a major change project, implementing $8.5m of funding secured through a successful tender for recommissioned community mental health services. The project included development of new service model in line with funding and service agreement specifications, development of new financial and business model for the services, redeployment of 120 existing staff, restructure and redeployment of management team of 20, establishment of new service sites across the North West Metropolitan region, and all operational and strategic components associated with the services.

Overseeing a budget of $21m and a staff of 280, I was responsible for the overall management of financial, human resource, corporate and clinical governance, service development, partnership development and performance management of services and staff in all related program components. I also had responsibility for leadership and line management of the executive management team, including CFO, GM Organisational Development and GMs ServicesI also had oversight of the preparation for contract novation for new merger organisation

Oversight of $7m budget and 80+ staff delivering community mental health services and health promotion activities of this innovative community health service. I oversaw major restructure of the mental health services and the introduction of an evidence based best-practice recovery service model.I led and was a principle author of Doutta Galla CHs submission for new Mental Health Community Support Services as part of major sector reform. In consortium with future merger partners, the submission secured $8.6m of funding for the new merged orgnisation, cohealth.I also oversaw the development, and was principle author of Doutta Galla CH's modell of care.

Leadership and management across a diverse portfolio that included advocacy and media, family support and education, Registered Training Organisation programs, Mental Health Helpline, counselling and membership.I directed national advocacy campaigns for MIFV and Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia addressing issues that included housing, mental illness stigma, education and employment and carer and family support.I co-authored MI Fellowship's Well Ways family education program and managed a national roll out of the program. I was also one of two principle writers of MI Fellowships Mental illness Fact Sheet series (34 fact sheets)
