I led, and was a principle author of, cohealth's successful submission which secured $8.5million of funding. I also oversaw the implementation of the new service model including the restructure of the services across the NWMR and the redeployment of 120 staff.

The project included development of new service model in line with funding and service agreement specifications, development of new financial and business model for the services, redeployment of 120 existing staff, restructure and redeployment of management team of 20, establishment of new service sites across the North West Metropolitan region, and all operational and strategic components associated with the services.

In consortium with future merger partners, the submission secured $8.6m of funding for the new merged orgnisation, cohealth.I also oversaw the development, and was principle author of Doutta Galla CH's modell of care.
