Looked after several 4-5 bedroom plots from Pre-plaster all the way through to sales handover including pre-plaster inspections, CML inspections, stage 15 site inspections and Stage 16 customer care inspections as well as home tour inspectionsPrepared the plots for airtest making sure we attain a consistent 4.5m3/(h.m2) target reading.liasie with Site Manager on build progress, materials, labour and bookings to ensure short and long term monitor programme targets are being met.Ensure Inductions are carried out each morning and that all operators are aware of all the health and safety regulations to do with PPE, RAMS, Traffic management and general health and safety on site.Keep accurate records of all final snagging and home tour visits to ensure all snags are closed out within the allocated time.

Manage all materials coming on site from requisition and call-off to final fix and Sales BCR handover.

• Responsible for ordering all materials involved in building a selection of different types of houses from foundation footing to build complete.• Liaise with site tradesmen to identify shortages within the build program so that delays are eliminated or kept to a minimum.• Complete Site Variation Order forms in order to satisfy these shortages.• Build close relationships with the buying department and key material suppliers to keep a close eye on schedules, delivery dates and revision updates.

Update operational status of key equipment to the system on a routine basis.• Used fine pitch hand soldering and airgun techniques to remove and replace a range of defective SMD’s such as resistors (sizes 0603-1206), Capacitors (sizes 0603-1206), TQFP’s (100-144 pin ic’s), PQFP’s (208-240 pin ic’s) in line with IPC standards• Joined assembly line when business necessitated to help production staff at various stages of product sub-assembly. These areas included Pass line, Touch-up, Test and Pack-out• Experienced in the use of such diagnostic equipment as function generators, oscilloscopes, digital multimeter and power supplies
