Responsibility for new Private Client acquisition in the high and ultra high net worth market and to drive the strategy for increasing brand awareness with key stakeholders and third party introducers.

Core responsibility for sourcing and attracting new private clients and to support and drive local initiatives to raise profile of the brand. My remit is UK wide with strong networks in Scotland and the South East of London.

Seconded to RBS Corporate and Commercial office to create and grow a new Private Banking portfolio of high net worth clients. To build a new portfolio I had to build strong relationships and trust with existing Corporate and Commercial relationship managers thus allowing me to contact and manage the personal banking requirements of their top clients.

Seconded to business development role in large city centre to assist 22 RBS Private Banking relationship managers to grow their business by attracting new criteria clients. Building relationships with local introducers to raise profile and attract new business. I would source and facilitate the introduction of new private banking clients attracting Mortgages, lending, deposits and. investments.

Responsible for managing a large number of high net worth customers with a view to retaining and growing existing business.

My first managerial appointment was in a suburban branch to develop and grow a very new portfolio of high net worth clients.
