The seeds for many great ideas were sown at the kitchen table. As a highly motivated, successful entrepreneur and team leader, I love the challenge of building something from the ground up. I founded two Canadian start-ups from my home, and grew them to bricks-and-mortar locations exporting parts for heavy-duty trucks and equipment around the world – developing many global business relationships along the way. Now, I am bringing over four decades of strategic thinking, operational leadership and trailblazing experience to The TireGrabber – a patented device that makes changing large equipment tires safer, faster and easier. My role as CEO with The TireGrabber takes me back to my roots. Growing up in agriculture, I developed a strong desire to be part of a community, helping and supporting others. Working with farmers, I used my intuitive problem-solving skills to help find a better, more efficient way of doing things.
