Associate Manager - Business Analyst
Current- Gathering and analyzing the business requirements and describing the system to be built, typically using use case modeling and other structured techniques
- Describing and reviewing business processes with the client, as necessary
- Translate stakeholder requirements into different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams
- Collaborate with Business Users and document the Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Operation Process documentation
- Capable of liaising with the client's senior management, convincing them and getting sign-off
- Develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
