As Language Instructor, I delivered design, development and instruction of on-site face-to-face business English courses. This role required developing strong rapport and trust with students, and I was successful in delivering high quality lessons.As School Director, I coordinated the pedagogical design, platform integration, content development, and lead for instruction and delivery of a pilot product course, which aimed to provide a blended learning solution for clients. I also assisted in marketing, promotions and sales with existing and potential clients for the pilot and on-site face-to-face courses.

I designed, developed and delivered a short course (2 ECTS) on environmental impact assessment (EIA) and strategic environmental assessment (SEA) for Department of Forest Products Technology. Involved part-time work and the course comprised of delivering a double-lecture and facilitating a double- workshop. I successfully implemented the course for 3 years every Spring and sometimes in the Autumn.

Casual work on the content planning and editing of MA e-Pedadgogy Design website.

I managed the design, development and implementation of a suite of open educational resources on environmental assessment for use in higher-education programmes and capacity building in developing countries. In this role, I led the project and coordinated with a multidisciplinary team of designers, consultants and subject matter experts. I also presented at and managed seminar events at international conferences and seminars with partnering institutions in Europe, Africa and Asia.

Involved the co-ordination and implementation of activities relating to the ISO14001 environmental management system, including reporting and documentation, staff training, communications, and management of annual surveillance and re-registration audits and internal audits.

Consulting environmental planner involved in the preparation, public/stakeholder consultation and reporting for environmental impact studies, social impact studies, strategic assessment, transportation strategies, sustainability appraisals and town planning consents for a range of private and public development projects. Key projects included:* EIS and Social Impact study for Goulburn Valley Highway - Shepparton Bypass;* Sustainability appraisal of Lang Park Stadium Redevelopment, Brisbane Arup's Sustainability Project Environmental Appraisal Routine (SPeAR); * Land-use, planning and sustainability appraisal of Box Hill Interchange Redevelopment, Victoria

I assisted the project management and implementation of urban infrastructure development projects for Gold Coast City Council. It involved project research and reporting, preparation of project briefs and tender proposals, community consultation, site visits and liaison with the private and public sector.
