Consolidated numerous ICT initiatives into a coherent programme of work designed to provide systems support as the business developed the capabilities and risk management culture to satisfy Advanced Basel II accreditation criteria. This involved engagement with multiple teams comprising onsite and offshore Suncorp and Partner team members to deliver continuous delivery projects. Changes were made to Relationship Pricing Model, Non Retail Loan Origination, Rating engines. A Credit Risk Datawarehouse and Historical Datastore were established. Several streams of reporting were commissioned as part of the programme, Regulatory, Disclosure and Financial Performance Management reporting.Budget spend for the ICT Programme was $4M over 2 years.

• Transition first, second and third level infrastructure support from the Ipswich City Council (ICC) to the Managed Services Centre within Data#3 Sydney.• Provided direction on terms and conditions within the contract in relation to the successful transition of “inscope” services to Data#3. • Redesigned business process modelling to align with joint approach to support. • Onsite training and support in the preparation and uptake of services by the Data#3 Managed Services team in Sydney and the onsite team at Ipswich.

Lead the implementation of BillView Integrator software from Clear2Pay plus the systems integration work to internal SUNCORP systems. Programme management of the regular Banking Systems Releases.

Coordination of the BOQ Acceptance testing effort for Lending functionality of the Core Banking System.

Coordination of the various elements of the transition of staff, procedures, functions from the Bank of Queensland to EDS under the conditions of the BOQ/EDS Outsourcing agreement.

I worked on the TAFE Program, specifically for Moreton Institute of TAFE. Also, with Unisys, I worked at the Bank of Queensland as Transition Manager for the EDS Outsourcing project and the subsequent Core Systems Replacement project as a Testing Team Lead.

Build Information Repository and a Call Logging system to assist the current Contact Centre operation. Requirements Gathering and Tender Evaluation for a Customer Relationship Management System by a multi-disciplinary team.

The Data Management System involved building a Datawarehouse from 3 input data sources.

Implement Secure Extranet to 16 institutes including a billing process.
