For my Master's thesis I did a market research about the bio-ethanol market. In the report I mapped the industry structure of the worldwide bio-ethanol market. As part of the research, I made a forecast of the ethanol market in Brazil, US and Europe through scenario forecasting for the upcoming ten years.

I was responsible for the research and mapping of the current processes of the storing tire service and calculating the related costs (Activity Based Costing). Next to that I advised the board an improved warehouse process and geographical locations of new warehouses.

This was an internship in Australia, Sydney. I was part of a project group who was implementing a new WM system from Manhattan Associates. I was mainly responsible for the SOP's that needed to be changed because of the new system. The processes needed to be as efficient, effective and accurate as possible.
