Programme Manager for the University's Cyber Security Programme. Work in IT Services, embedded in the Cyber Security Team.

Work in the IT Services department running a broad portfolio of projects upgrading aspects of the University's cyber security defences (technology, processes, people).

I trained as a volunteer on The Cyber Helpline. This provides practical advice and support to victims of cyber-crime. Acceptance onto the Helpline was via 8 written tests of 29 cyber attack types and through role playing live attacks. This is a sharp 'front-end' role which requires first class cyber knowledge, practical skills in managing and recovering.

Undertook review of local small business. Made recommendations for practical improvements in cyber and information security. Approach: Part 1: Investigation: 1) Documented physical layout of hardware and networks (wired and wireless); 2) complete asset inventory; 3) review of accounts and credentials; 3) review of back ups and software updates for all.

From 2019-2020 I studied full time for an MSc in Information Security at Royal Holloway College University of London, for which I was awarded a distinction. • This section details several IT programmes and projects I have completed for clients over the past 9 years. Many of the skill sets needed to problem solve and meet clients' requirements are the same for many.
• Ealing and Northwick Park Hospitals: managed IT workstream for the merger of the two hospitals.
• Wandsworth Public Health & Borough Council: moved the largest public health team in London from the NHS to the local authority.
• King’s College Hospital Foundation Trust: developed and managed a clinical integration programme for cardiac, neuro-science and haematology services.
• Hounslow Clinical Commissioning Group: put in place local strategy and network for regional data warehousing programme integrating GP and hospital IT systems.
• Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group: designed and set up integrated care service for the chronically ill. Key deliverable was sharing of patient data across health providers IT systems with appropriate IS and IG.
