    I trained as a volunteer on The Cyber Helpline. This provides practical advice and support to victims of cyber-crime. Acceptance onto the Helpline was via 8 written tests of 29 cyber attack types and through role playing live attacks. This is a sharp 'front-end' role which requires first class cyber knowledge, practical skills in managing and recovering from ongoing attacks and empathy and understanding for people who find themselves cyber victims, often in difficult or vulnerable circumstances.
