Led Matter AI, a consultancy specialising in AI, customer experience, and innovation. Responsible for sales, strategy, and technology, and sale of the company in 2016. Strategic partnerships with IBM Watson, Rainbird, and Reinfer. - Strategic Growth: Built £2.5m of sales in 2 years. - Early to the AI Innovation market, building more than 15 POC's and 3 large scale products. - Department of Work & Pensions: Developed an AI chatbot for Child Maintenance inquiries- Designed and built a machine learning system capable of predicting domestic house prices with an 8% mean error, outperforming Zoopla. - Designed and built an NLP tool that assesses brand personality analysis to ensure communication consistency acrss channels and jurisdictions. Deployed into fashion industry clients. - Implemented an AI NLP tool to optimise call centre operations with predictive responses, and human escalation processes. - Automated analytics for beauty industry to determine how brands are portrayed across publications, their influence, and level of endorsement.

I was the co-founder responsible for the delivery of integrated medical practice specialising in women’s health and fertility. This was collaborative work between western medical doctors and other complementary practitioners to deliver integrated, evidence-based care.Thrive is the premier London medical clinic, providing acupuncture, herbal medicine, and dietary advice. Our team have years of experience treating a wide-range of health issues, including infertility in women and men, pain, stress, anxiety, depression, and a full range of women’s health issues, including endometriosis, pelvic pain, menstrual issues and menopause.Our London acupuncture clinic is based at 144 Harley Street in the centre of the West End.

In this pivotal leadership role, I lead the transformation and digitisation of council services, focusing on delivering enhanced self-service options, improving customer experience. • Digital Service Delivery: Successfully launched online services that replaced over 50% of customer telephone interactions, achieving annual cost savings of £4.3 million and significantly improving customer satisfaction. This initiative was grounded in thorough root cause analysis of customer demand and strategically shifted high-cost telephony interactions to efficient digital channels.• Visionary Web Transformation: Conceptualised and delivered a new transactional website, enabling comprehensive self-service for the public, and negotiated contact centre contracts to support this digital strategy.

Founder and CEO. Happiness First was way ahead of it's time. We were sick of corporate life and realised that happiness is the only important goal in life. We designed programs for individuals and businesses to bring happiness into the foreground. With corporates, we built cultures that encourage employee engagement, happiness and satisfaction.Fundamentally we reduced staff churn by 15-45%, increased productivity by 30% and increased average job satisfaction from 40% to 70%. We sold the business in 2007.

My primary focus was delivery of complex technology and business architecture projects, Key clients included: Orange, Hallmark Cards, International Masters Publishers, Science Warehouse and Thomas Cook Group (then Airtours). > As Programme Director for the transformation of Hallmark Cards UK, I successfully integrated the Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Finance functions of 5 UK businesses into a single business. I was instrumental to turning around the failing programme. > I created a digital marketplace for the biotech industry in under 12 weeks. This project became exemplar of best practice and template for Deloitte agile/lean development projects. > Director of the New Technology Lab - established as an incubation environment to assess new technology, generate options for business offerings, create prototypes and develop thought pieces to engage customers. > Transformation of Orange's UK supply chain focusing on product life-cycle management, collaborativeplanning between manufacturers, network operators and retailers, forecasting and replenishment, and performance management.
