A graduate of HEC, Paris and of the Sorbonne with a Masters Degree in English Literature. I have worked for 10 years as an auditor and business consultant with Price Waterhouse and Peat Marwick Mitchell, now KPMG. As Business Consultant, I focused on organization development, companies structuring and executive search.Early 1978, I joined Medtronic EMEA as Director of Human Resources and Communication and participated actively to the building of the European organization. Subsequent roles included Director South Europe, and Senior Director Neuro/Vascular. In 1991 I joined Air Liquide, world leader in industrial gases as Director for HR Europe, Africa and Latin America, also at the same time for 3 years HR Director of Air Liquide Healthcare global business. I joined HTI in 1999 as Partner in charge of Business Development.Fluent in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian.Has been appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee of the European Society of Cardiology in January 2009.Specialties: Senior level European assignments for multinational clients, specializing in the medical devices with a focus on cardiology, neurology, diabetes, and spinal surgery.
