Organisations are fascinating in their complexity and their ability to deliver value despite their complexity. What drives me is the conviction that people, teams and organisations can be more and are ambitious to be more than what they are doing now. That there is potential that we have not yet unleashed. That there are ways we can achieve more, do more and get more satisfaction from working together. I use Systems Thinking, Agile, DevOps and an Emprical, Fact Driven approach to make teams and organisations great. By getting people to understand the patterns, beliefs and empirical evidence I put them in a position to make their own choices.Liberate Ambition: The world is changing at an ever-increasing rate. Consumers want more, technology opens up possibilities, and our goals are becoming more ambitious. Yet we don't know how to achieve them. Yet, through deliberate experimentation, measuring and gathering feedback we define our route forward. I work with and in organisations to create clear ambitions and make them happen. I ensure that the signals of what is happening become visible and help to interpret them. By seeing singular events as part of patterns and by clarifying the underlying organisational and behavioural structures, we can talk about what really needs to be discussed. What beliefs do people have, what assumptions do they make that shape their behaviour. People go back and forth continuously between belief and behaviour. By opening the beliefs behind the behaviour for dialogue, we ensure better results. We make sure the ambition is at the center of attention and blockages are removed.
