With over 23 years of experience in clinical operations, I was most currently the Director of Clinical Operations at Arcutis Biotherapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative therapies for dermatological diseases. In this role, I oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of multiple clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements. I also manage and monitor the performance of clinical sites, vendors, and staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve study objectives and timelines. My core competencies include clinical trial management, clinical site monitoring, risk mitigation, budget management, and stakeholder communication. Prior to joining Arcutis Biotherapeutics, I was a Clinical Trial Manager at Atara Biotherapeutics and a Clinical Study Manager at Sienna Biopharmaceuticals, where I gained valuable experience in managing clinical trials for immunotherapy and aesthetic dermatology products, respectively. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UC Irvine, and a Certificate in Clinical Trials Administration from UC San Diego. I am passionate about advancing the science and practice of dermatology and improving the lives of patients with skin conditions.
