I've been with Capita since 2003, initially joining Capita Life and Pensions Services through a TUPE transfer from Prudential Europe. HR Transformation and Change Management: As an HR transition, change, and transformation professional, I focus on several critical aspects: - Organizational Culture and Leadership Standards: I work to foster a positive culture, build trust, and maintain leadership standards. - Employee Engagement and the "People Journey": Ensuring that employees are engaged and supported throughout their journey within Capita. - Effective Change Management: Navigating organisational changes smoothly.4. Risk Management and Legal Considerations: Throughout the tendering process, I ensure that legal, financial, and commercial risks are thoroughly identified and addressed.5.
