These include Central Government, Local Government, Education, Health, Justice, Police, Emergency Services, Defence, Insurance, Benefits, Life and Pensions, Financial Services, Banking, IT Enterprise, Network, Software Services, and Retail.3. HR Transformation and Change Management: As an HR transition, change, and transformation professional, I focus on several critical aspects: - Organizational Culture and Leadership Standards: I work to foster a positive culture, build trust, and maintain leadership standards. - Employee Engagement and the "People Journey": Ensuring that employees are engaged and supported throughout their journey within Capita. - Effective Change Management: Navigating organisational changes smoothly.4.
