• Help plan and facilitate Port Authority initiatives, as well as identify and propose new projects based on engagement sessions and tracking of emerging developments in the sustainability field • Identify buildings and vet their electrification feasibility for key stakeholders by analyzing the following: peak electrical usage, building electrical capacities, expected increase in electrical needs, mechanical loads, and fossil fuels consumption • Implement the demonstration and/or installation of sustainability-focused innovations at Port Authority airports from the planning and scoping stage until completion • Assist with the implementation of EVs and EV Chargers for both typical passenger highway vehicles and airport ground support equipment • Assist in managing and implementing the port Authority’s Zero-Emission Airside Vehicle Rule (ZEAV) by communicating with tenants, key stakeholders, and running quality assurance for vehicle compliance

• Manage staff and budget to ensure energy efficient building operation for a portfolio of 200+ buildings • Identify buildings that are suitable candidates for utility incentives and rebates and see their implementation through • Coordinate with multiple agencies, contractors, and design consultants to ensure the timely delivery of projects that directly reduce greenhouse gas emissions • Schedule natural gas inspections, meter verification, and real time meter scoping • Enroll accounts in demand response practices for both natural gas and electricity that have minimal impact on building occupants • Secure funding for emerging “green” technologies and evaluate their efficacy • Establish remote access for building control systems • Survey buildings for their capacity to receive different types and quantities of EV chargers
