Created a software company focused on Artificial Intelligence, specifically Computer Vision. The first years we worked on projects with customers . In 2021 we changed the strategy to become a product based company for the Healthcare sector. In 2023 I sold the company to an investor and transferred the management to them. Our customers are in government, industry, energy and healthcare.

As enterprise architect I have worked on several topics and projects. Mostly in the area of sales, marketing and business operations for both B2B and B2C business units. I like to work with cloud based platforms and open source applications. It increases flexibility, can reduce cost, creates agility and has options to improve the customer journey. For the business unit E+ (2500 employees) I created a new application architecture based on Microsoft technology. This was both for the primary (ERP, CRM, BI, planning, finance and operations) as the supporting processes (HR, IT and others).

In this periode I focussed on the growth of my company NetCare by setting up two business units. The first was focussed on large enterprise with subcontracting IT personnel. The second delivered application and infrastructure services to the SME market.Results:● Built a team of around 60 people.● Revenue of 5mln euro and good profitability.

During engagement and sometimes transformation phase of large outsourcings deals I was responsible for the solution. To win deals we needed to be more cost efficient than competitors. We also needed to demonstrate our leading vision on technology and operational excellence. The technological solution was a major cost component in both transition phase as well as during the running phase of a contract. I was very successful in this position, which brought me around the world and in increasingly bigger deals (up to 1 Billion USD) Interesting projects and responsibilities : 1. Create IT architecture for enterprise customers of IBM (Philips, Essent, Hagemeyer, PON, Omron) 2. Software architect for large internet platform (Nokia). 3. Technical infrastructure design based on the overall software architecture. 4. In an international team I developed what was called Next Generation Internet for the US Government.

I realized a network redesign for two business units of Philips (CE and BE). For BE this was a WAN for 60 locations and CE and campus network for 4,000 employees. I also created and helped implement the network design for the move of the Philips top to Amsterdam.
