Member of eight-person team providing end-to-end management of Fox’s global corporate real estate portfolio. Primary responsibilities included:- Managing transactions from initial needs assessment and preliminary programming, strategy development, market survey, request for proposals, test fitting, lease negotiations, preparation and presentation of financial analyses, and deal approval and close.- In-house project management including strategic team assemblage, bidding and negotiation of vendor contracts, preparation and tracking of budget, design oversight, review of plans and deliverables, construction management, coordination with landlord and end user, and management of schedule to ensure on-time delivery.- Ongoing portfolio management including lease administration, tracking of critical dates, lease and operating expense review, portfolio reporting, and strategic planning.

Worked under the Vice President of Development managing stabilized assets, mixed-use projects going through the entitlement process, and existing commercial projects undergoing improvements. Primary responsibilities included:- Conducting market research including demographic analysis, due diligence, and financial feasibility for a pipeline of possible properties for acquisition and development.- Consulting with architects, engineers, land use attorneys, general contractors, subcontractors, and city officials to facilitate design, permitting, and construction.- Preparing project budgets and schedules, and negotiating, writing, and executing third party contracts accordingly.

Assisted Senior Acquisitions Manager with business development efforts related to affordable housing. Primary responsibilities included:- Generated leads for new projects through cold calling, property listing research, relationship management, and RFP and RFQ responses.- Explored viability of potential development projects through real estate research, economic and demographic analyses, evaluation of entitlement process, site visits, community outreach, and meetings with city officials.- Developed, updated, and analyzed a database containing research regarding target cities for future development.
