  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, AV systems and equipment for both corporate live events and conference rooms and meetings.• Operate and maintain all formats of AV equipment, such as, projectors, video switchers, media servers, graphic switchers, PTZ cameras, broadcasting (studio) cameras, handheld camcorders, webcams, streaming software (i.e. vMix) and different meetings software (i.e. Webex, Zoom, Teams, Skype, Facetime, etc.), presentation laptops (i.e. PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, video playback software, general network and internet connectivity troubleshooting), audio consoles, microphones, lighting fixtures, LED walls, among others.• Accommodate and deliver last minute changes to meeting requirements. Experience and flexibility dealing with C-level executives, VIPs, CEOs and top-tier executives from financial, medical, manufacturing, retail and international companies and organizations, among others. • Provide feedback to management with respect to client and stakeholders satisfaction.• Develop expertise in maintaining, repairing and protecting all equipment.• Provide appropriate AV and staging solutions on-site.• Loading content onto media servers and computers, making sure it is tested and show-ready.• Provide excellent customer-service when in liaison with client and/or venue staff and strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external stakeholders, by maintaining positive relationships with clients through clear and consistent communication.• Remain current with industry technologies, products and trends.• Support special projects as required.
