Responsible for planning operations of a Federal Emergency Management Agency Urban Search and Rescue Team, comprised of 260 members from over 80 agencies and 20 disciplines. Responsible for coordinating and developing multi-operational period plans during deployments for multiple agencies and disciplines. Responsible for developing and the upkeep of all policies governing team activities.

I teach Elements of Fire Investigation and Fire Department Organization and Management.

Developed plans and acted as Planning Manager at significant national events including, Super Bowl XLVIII at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, the World Meeting of Families (Papal visit 2015) in Philadelphia, PA., and Hurricane Matthew. I was responsible for developing Incident Action Plans and/or Tactical Action Plans for each.

Responsible for documenting, tracking and retrieving all pertinent information for the task force during incident operations.

Responsible for developing and coordinating training for the Search Component, including canines, and Technical Search Specialist's. Also, responsible for the development of search plans in urban and rural areas during rescue incidents.

Developed search patterns in urban and rural environments. Utilized technical search equipment, including acoustical, seismic devices, various optical devices in order to locate and identify victims.
