CurrentAs a key developer for Alianza Coachella Valley, I spearheaded the creation of the Salton Sea Environmental Time Series website—a vital community science initiative. This project, a collaboration between local community members and distinguished scientists from various institutions, focuses on monitoring water and air quality at the Salton Sea. I was responsible for building the website from the ground up, starting with initial consultations with clients, including esteemed professors across multiple disciplines. Utilizing NextJs and Contentful CMS, I developed an accessible online dashboard that not only showcases research data but also promotes community engagement by translating this knowledge into actionable environmental solutions. This platform was meticulously designed with direct input from local scientists, ensuring its relevance and efficacy in addressing regional environmental challenges.
