Implementación de departamento de tool crib así como el control de entradas y salidas de materiales mediante códigos de barras

-In Charge of the Infor EAM system implementation project (Enterprise Assets Management)-Train people from different departments in the use of the system Infor EAM.-Responsible for the processing and generation of part numbers for each equipment and spare parts.-Responsible for the generation of work orders, requests and purchase requests for the Maintenance Department.-Ask for quotes and contact suppliers to purchase materials and request their service.-Responsible of the Tool Crib Department.-In charge of receiving supplier’s material and distribute it to different areas of the Main Plant as well as for Plant 2.-Responsible for the receipt and file of suppliers invoices into the system for payment.-Responsible for planning and carry out inventory at the end of the year, as well as coordinate a group of people to perform this activity.

-Team leader in Molding area.-Responsible of performing daily production reports and coordinating changes of molds with the Department of Maintenance according to customers requirements. -Provide support in the implementation of documentation for ISO 9001-2008

-Member of the team of residents in charge of the project for the improvement and efficiency of equipment in areas of Split and Smoked. -Documentary research on equipment used in different areas in order to create a manual for preventive maintenance -In charge of collecting samples on production lines for the calculation of times, as well as the observation of different areas looking for improvement opportunities. -Responsible of the research and calculation of energy costs within the Company (fuel for boilers, electric power).
