I am also a good leader of workgroups to achieve goals.As part of my professional development, I have improved my sales, technical, and administrative skills. I am passionate about learning and have dedicated most of my working life to designing and developing systems and implementing ERP solutions, CRM, and SCM. The most important aspect of my work has always been focused on service and customer care, negotiation, and business relationships.I am always restless and interested in new topics. I continue to study and improve myself in areas such as online commerce, marketplaces, and their relationship with management applications. I am also interested in topics such as marketing, programming, cooking, grilling, and bakery.Moving forward, I would like to use my knowledge and experience to help companies achieve their objectives and development plans, either as part of the company's staff or as an external consultant.
