- Role Clarification with Hiring Managers of different technologies.- Sourcing and screening of candidates according to job profile and role clarification. - Sourcing activities on Taleo, LinkedIn and other sources. - Liason with the Staffing Consultant to present the mos sutable candidates to the Hiring Manager.- Support to different technologies: Supply Chain, Assembly and Finance. - Support on massive recruitment events.

Direct support to managers, supervisors and employees in human resources issues such as incidents, disabilities, disciplinary sanctions, recruitment and professional development to 3 different strategic business groups.

- Creation, improvement and deployment of human resources procedures, involving all areas of the company, as well as union representatives and national direction.- Planning, organization and implementation at 100% the Annual Plan of Communication and Well Being at Work.- Creation and presentation to the STPS (DC2, DC3 and DC4) with 100% compliance of Annual Training Plans for all personnel. - 100% compliance of the Annual Performance Evaluations for operational personnel.- Certification as Regional Instructor of different mandatory trainings by the Valeo Group; on issues of safety, production and human resources.
